Tuesday, Super heavy rain

Tuesday 17.11 was a damn wet wet day. As I was walking towards Raffles Hospital to be picked up by Superhubby, it started to rain when I was at Shaw Towers. As I walked further, the rain got heavier and I only managed to walk to Tan Quee Lan St. After which, it was heavy pour and I was stuck under a shelter of Ritz Apple Struddle shop just opposite Bugis. Sad encounter, as I stood there avoiding the heavy pour and strong wind, (btw, I was almost wet from top to bottom)... a fat lady from the shop mentioned, came out to me and told me to stand aside instead of at her door. OMG!!! This woman has not sympathy hormone!!! I was already pathetic enough to be drenched, not only did she not offer me to come in, she actually chased me away!!! Am I a dog or cat? Gosh!!!! Where have all the sympathies hormone gone to? Missing!!!! Anyway, I didn't want to stand at the corner as I will get even wetter and COLD!!! Damn..

Too free, having to stand there for 30 mins before Superhubby arrived, I took some snaps of the heavy pour. Hehe..

As the weather was so cold, we decided to have steamboat at Beach Road. I walked passed there many times and seen all those yummy foodies, so I thought we should give it a try. We couldn't decide which one to go cos they all looked so good. Decided which one after checking out few of them as we walked passed, but conclusion, we still prefer Hey Hey Hotpot @ Pomo. Quality than Quantity.

I chose herbal soup and Superhubby had the ma-lar (hot & spicy).

These are only some of the choices we picked. The rest were not so interesting.
