Triple Chocolate Chips Cookies
Made these cookies on Sunday. Wanted to try out Nigella's triple chocolate chips cookies recipe but didn't turn out to be the texture I like. I like my cookies chewy, but these ones are dry and powdery to the bite. But they are really rich of chocolate. I used 73.5% of cocoa drops.
Some may like it dry and light but I like mine chewy. So I will stick to my old recipe for cookies. But for those of you who would like to try out this recipe, here it is.
