Tong Tong Chiang to CNY!!!!!

I can't wait to go home. SuperHubby is going home with me for the entire week. Yay!!!! But I have not started packing my bag yet. It felt as if I have so many things to pack (as usual... whenever I go home for a week, it seems as if I am going home for months... and SuperMommy always nag at me for bringing my Spore home to Penang home... ) Hehehe...

I hope I would have recover from my month long cough by then, or else I would be missing all the good food back home.. *praying hard...

I still have yet to print the T-shirts I promised SuperBrother due to lack of time to do so.. I was super busy with work and by the time I got home, I am dead tired. Suddenly I realised (today), that I have not print them yet. Shall cut this post short and get down to my design for the shirts.

I am Back

Now, after a short MIA since my last posting, I am back again. I m in a happy mood cos I finally have my buddy Irene to join me at work. It has been a long time since I get to enjoy working with someone.

It took quite a merry go round before we really get to be real colleagues. Long story behold.... But I just enjoy working with her.....

MIA me

Okie... I have to admit that this time, I have been MIA (Missing In Action) for a while. Few reasons, being sick for a period of time and some other issue, which makes me feel very tired, whenever I come home from work, I just wanna laze and do nothing but watch tv. Another reason, after getting my iPhone, seriously... I can do anything at the comfort of my sofa while watching tv. I could surf the net, check and update my Facebook, check emails, check out for recipes, reading friends' blog etc. Which explains why I have not touch my PC for the longest time. Hahaha... Anyway, I finally plugged some energy to sit here at the PC, and think... I should be doing something to my blog before it went dead. Some friends have been complaining that my blog is dead and they can't seems to get any update about me here.

Nevertheless, there will be more news to come... will make it a point to update at least once a week. But in times to come, the news would be very interesting... with more pictures too.

So till then, adios... and do come back in Feb.

Fireworks at Rivervale Crescent

Every year without fail, the GRC at Punggol East will organize a mini stage concert by local artiste such as Rui En, Hady Mirza, Mingzhu Sisters etc. to perform, and thereafter, at the seconds of countdown to new year, there will be explotions of beautiful fireworks... and thats just right at the front of my block. Save us time of travelling.

As I enjoyed the beautiful art of fireworks, I have forgotten to video this down. Hence, just managed to capture some pics here for sharing.

Welcoming the New Year 2010 with Chocolate Cashew Fudge

Happy New Year 2010!!!

I started the new year with my new recipe of chocolate. I love chocolate, though I can't eat much of it, but anything I make or bake, always have something to do with chocolate.

This new creation, is Chocolate Cashew Fudge. Original recipe used pistachio, but since I can't good quality of pistachio, I rather substitute them with something else. As I love cashew nuts, I replaced pistachio with cashew. I used 73.3% of dark chocolate, hence its not so sweet and amazingly, the texture is very smooth. Love them.

I m looking forward to the remaining of this 2010! More interesting news coming up, till then, do come back again for more interesting posting with more photos of yummilicious I invented and tasted.

Post Christmas

Mommy was here for Xmas for a week. Brother arrived on the eve and spent lots of time together going around feasting, and hanging around at home. They flew back home yesterday noon and now, I felt tired and have no energy to write anything.

But do come back, as I will have more pictures to upload here for your eyes only once I get back in the mood of sitting in front of my PC after a tiring day at work with PC too!

Decal

I have been looking for a decal for quite some time and finally found this one... wanted to give it a try and since these decals are on sales, I just bought 2 sets to give it a go. At least if it doesn't work as much as I wanted it to be, at least I only spent $20 for both decals. Usually they are rather costly.

Conclusion, I shouldn't have gotten the glossy version, as it makes the decals look very reflective on my matt wall, just doesn't go well together.
